Rise Creative Studios: Coordinator of New Business Development Dec. 2024 - Present

I worked at the intersection of creative strategy, marketing, and project coordination, helping ideas move from concept to execution. I supported both client work and internal initiatives by researching trends, writing copy, managing social content, and building thoughtful outreach strategies.

As a project coordinator, I kept teams organized, timelines tight, and deliverables moving, partnering closely with leadership, creatives, and developers to ensure work stayed aligned with the studio’s vision. From managing an AI-focused initiative to supporting events, campaigns, and brand growth, my role was equal parts structure and creativity. Bringing clarity, momentum, and follow-through to fast-paced creative environments.

Northspyre: Business Development Associate March 2024-July 2024

As a Business Development Associate at Northspyre, I supported pipeline growth through high-volume, targeted outbound efforts within our ideal customer profile. I generated and qualified my own leads across Florida, Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi, averaging 500 calls and 500 emails weekly to engage real estate decision-makers.

I built early-stage client relationships, scheduled qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives, and ensured prospects were equipped with relevant product information ahead of conversations. By tracking and analyzing weekly performance metrics, I continuously refined my outreach strategy to improve engagement and conversion in a fast-paced SaaS sales environment.

Johnson Brothers: Account Manager Jan. 2023-July 2023

As an Account Manager at Johnson Brothers, I managed large-scale retail accounts—including national grocery chains like Target and Harris Teeter—where success depended on equal parts strategy, communication, and execution. I partnered cross-functionally to develop marketing plans, align brand initiatives, and ensure campaigns translated seamlessly from concept to shelf.

By combining data-driven forecasting with strong relationship management, I consistently exceeded sales goals—surpassing previous year performance by an average of 30%. Working within high-volume retail environments sharpened my ability to manage multiple stakeholders, balance timelines, and deliver results at scale—skills I now bring into creative, marketing, and strategy-driven roles.

Loews Hotels: Concierge Aug. 2022-Dec 2022

As a Concierge at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando, I supported luxury guest experiences through thoughtful, detail-driven service. I managed VIP requests, coordinated special moments, and acted as a trusted point of contact for guests seeking seamless, elevated stays.

This role strengthened my ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and deliver polished experiences under pressure, skills that translate directly into client-facing, creative, and service-driven environments.

Persimmon Hollow: Supervisor Aug. 2021-May 2022

As a Supervisor at Persimmon Hollow Brewery, I balanced hands-on leadership with brand-building. Alongside overseeing daily operations and staff management, I created and managed social content that reflected the brewery’s voice and connected with the local community. Working closely with owners and multi-location managers sharpened my ability to think both creatively and operationally, resolving guest needs, managing financials, and keeping teams aligned. This role strengthened my leadership, content execution, and brand stewardship skills in a real-world, fast-paced setting.

While I’ve outlined my professional experience above, I’m still early in my career—and over the past few years, much of my growth has happened outside of traditional roles. For the last two years, I’ve lived abroad while finding my footing in a remote career, and during that time I’ve also built meaningful creative experience through content creation. I’ve had the opportunity to work with brands such as Hinge, ASOS, Quince, Tatcha, Peppermayo, Pela Case, and more, primarily creating short-form video content for TikTok.

Living overseas has also given me the chance to experience the culture and cuisine of more than 15 countries. Along the way, I’ve become highly skilled at planning and coordinating multi-leg travel, building detailed itineraries, and staying organized across constantly changing schedules. I also planned our wedding in the Italian countryside while living and working in Spain—balancing a California-based job on PST with a nine-hour time difference, which required strong time management, structure, and adaptability.

Travel and storytelling are passions of mine. Everywhere I go, I create extensive travel guides filled with recommendations, while documenting each place through photos and video. Below, I’ve shared a selection of short-form content created for brand partnerships, along with images from my travels. This non-traditional experience reflects the additional responsibilities I’ve taken on, the skills I’ve developed along the way, and my excitement to continue creating, learning, and growing.
